I grew up in a large family engaged in lots of school, sports, work, and musical activity, so I'm used to working in the midst of a tribe. A true gift, yet when it came time to do solitary work, I floundered!
Along the way I stepped onto a path with heart, as described by my mentor, Dr. Carlos Castaneda, and learned some amazing tools to cultivate the energy and awareness we need for both shared and solitary work and practice. This offering reflects my journey to learn to balance solitary and shared work.
I am here to help you with the shared part, which sets you up for more productive, enhancing solitary time as well. I love a quiet yet collegial environment to get work and home tasks done, and to practice wellbeing and creative arts, and am delighted to share this with you.
