If you have, a book, blog, stories, poems, song lyrics, or music to share, yet you've felt stuck in getting ideas to the page, or can't find the time to write, or you simply want to grow as a writer/ artist/ musician/ human being, this group is for you.
We create flow through: Music, sound-making, and silence; movement; breathwork; group and singular work; and theater play,
so you can tell the stories and share the messages that are waiting to be heard.
Group is ongoing, on a monthly subscription basis.
Meetings are weekly on Sundays from 7:30 to 9am Pacific Time via Zoom. Link sent upon registration.
